Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Standard lead time is 7-14 business days after order confirmation. Custom orders may require additional time.

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product category.

For defective products or warranty claims, we operate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) system:

• Contact our support team to request an RMA number
• Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
• RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Inspection will be conducted within 5 business days of receipt

Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
